Original Product
Prosperity Game is an independent product. References to practices such as imagination, attention, receiving, or identity shifting are descriptive only and do not imply affiliation with any teacher, author, organization, or rights holder. Without limiting the foregoing, Prosperity Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Abraham-Hicks Publications, Esther Hicks, The Secret, or any related entities or trademarks; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time.
Termination
You may stop using Prosperity Game at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may limit or discontinue access to the app if necessary to maintain, improve, or retire the product.
User Content
If you enter notes, balances, or other content in the app, you are responsible for that content. Please avoid storing sensitive personal, financial, or medical information inside the app.
Apple EULA
If you download Prosperity Game through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosperity Game is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
